With no added sugar, this smoothie bowl is even more healthy using only berries, banana and a squeeze of lemon to provide its sweetness.
This heavenly smoothie bowl makes the perfect plant-based breakfast, mid-day pick-me-up or even a fruity dessert. It whips up in a cinch and goes with so many yummy toppings. Some of my favourites are cacao nibs, coconut shreds, toasted cashews, and homemade granola.

THIS RECIPE IS...
Berry Beet Smoothie Bowl
- 1 medium Beet
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 cup Mixed Berries
- 1/2 cup Milk of Choice (I like using coconut)
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Camu Camu Powder (optional)
- Squeeze Of Lemon
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add your favourite toppings.
- Serve and Enjoy!
